The society is a member of the building societies association. Please note, that if the property is being built, funds are not available until completion and the property has been legally registered in your name. The actual rate available will depend on your circumstances.
Loans available for the majority of nationalities for either house purchase or re- financing for other purposes including home improvements. Please note however, but it is not always the case that the lender will take all or part of these incomes into account when determining the maximum loan available. Always allow for your own living costs during the period of the build and remember that these will go up with travelling, power and those inevitable extra telephone calls. The lender will carry out a credit check and credit score, instead of using your bank statements, accounts or other record of income.
